Organically Grounded was created by Marlaina Pate, who struggled for years to find a workout that her body responded positively due to her sever Scoliosis curve. She started combining the practice of Pilates and yoga - creating a low impact workout fusion called “The OG Method”. This method allowed her to tone her body while keeping her scoliosis curve mobile and body feeling great!
